Duties include but are not limited to: Vital signs, cardiac monitoring, CPR, basic life support, and other medical procedures.
Proficient in all aspects of patient care including assessment of medical history, physical examinations, laboratory tests, and EKG interpretations.
Provide emergency medical services to the patients, including the placement of peripheral, central and intra-osseous lines, esophageal tracheal suctioning, blood glucose monitoring, and the use of a variety of equipment.
HAZMAT training for trauma and emergency medical services, and quality control. Performed and documented administrative and clinical assessment and treatment.
Daily documentation of all incidents, statistics, and quality control data into the access database. Perform basic and complex maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Provide basic and advanced life support to patients, including cardiac monitoring, defibrillation, and other medical procedures. Operates and maintains emergency vehicles in a safe and effective manner.
